How To Register your NCH Software
Trying your Software
One of the most frequent questions we often receive from our users has to do with the registration process of our products. Users are extremely happy after they try the free or trial version of our products and request more information on how to buy and register their products. This is a very easy process, and our goal is to help you get back to your projects without skipping a beat!Download
Begin by downloading your desired software from NCH Software. You can choose from a wide variety of software categories. Select from a deep line of video and audio editing software to business software and everything in between. We recommend you try your software and see if it fits your desired needs.Purchase and Activation
Now that you have downloaded your software and have decided that you want to continue using its powerful features, you may go ahead and make the purchase.If you only purchase one software product, you will be supplied with a registration code on the screen and by email.
Enter the registration code by starting the program and going to the File menu, the “Hamburger Menu” or the File Tab.

Once you’ve picked from the three options above, a new window called: “Register Software” will pop-up. Paste your registration code into the dialog box and click Register:
This process will convert the demo version of the software to a professional version. If you do not receive an error message the details have been accepted and you are set to go.
If you purchased multiple software products, you will be supplied with a 13-digit serial number on the screen and by email. This is your license serial number. You can then proceed to activate your serial number from our Activate Software Page.
After you have completed the form, you will receive your Registration code on the screen and by email that you can use to register your software.

Creating your slideshow is fun and simple; here is how to save time and create a simple slideshow full of your vacation photos in three simple steps:Simply drag and drop your favorite images or videos, or click “Add Media”.
Next, add effects, and desired transitions. And finally, personalize your slideshow projects by adding text to your favorite images.
1. Adding Images/Videos
Simply select the images and videos you would like your family and friends to enjoy. Select the order you would like to show them on your slideshow by selecting the photo and clicking “Add to slideshow”
2. Add Transitions
The right transition can keep your audience intrigued and engaged. Simply click on these transition boxes on the timeline, and choose your preferred transition. The transition will fade from one image to another in a variety of ways.
3. Adding Text
PhotoStage also allows for text to be added to your slideshow. Adding text is the perfect way to add dates to your vacation photos. You can also add special quotes/messages that were said during the time you captured the photo. This makes your family gatherings and reunions more interactive, so that unforgettable quote from your nephew will always be remembered.
Automate Option
PhotoStage also offers a “Quick Create Slideshow” tool. This feature allows you to gather your pictures, add sound, include a theme and transitions all in one compact place. This is a great tool for beginners who are new to the program and experts enjoy the simplicity this tool portrays.
Save and Share
Once finished creating your slideshow, you can burn it to a DVD and share it with your family and friends or save it to your files, and have it ready for your next family reunion. This is why NCH Software is excited to introduce a new effect to PhotoPad Picture Editor: “Double Exposure” With the Double Exposure feature, you can combine two images and blend them together seamlessly.You can create superb new images that are sure to bring attention to you and your projects
How to use Double Exposure
The best Double Exposure images can often portray a strong message. You can also put your own personal spin on the results.1. After you’ve downloaded PhotoPad, open your base image for your double exposure project:
2.Under the Effects Tab choose “More Effects” and select the “Double Exposure” effect:
This will add the Double Exposure effect to the Effects and Layers panel on the right side of the screen. PhotoPad will allow for another picture to be added by clicking on "Select Image" under the Double Exposure effect/
3. Select the second image you would like to blend with the original image:
4. Choose the Opacity level along with your desired Blend Mode:
5. Using the "Brush Tool" erase the layered image and blend seamlessly into one.
Use the eraser to erase parts of the overlay and the paintbrush to paint anything back in that you accidentally erased.
Edit the size, strength, and hardness of the brush to create the perfect edge.
