The Editing Process
After you have downloaded Prism, begin converting your video files. Prism makes it simple to do this by choosing your video, choosing your desired format and clicking convert. Once you have your files, you can begin the editing process. To edit your tags, right-click on the file you would like to edit and select “Edit Tags...”A new window called Tag Editor will appear:
From this editor menu, you can begin adding important details to your file. Choose the name of the file, director, producer and even the creation date.
Get creative and add artwork to your file. Click on “Browse” and select the appropriate image from your images folder.
This menu also allows for a specific rating to be added to each file. Simply drag along your mouse over the stars and select the appropriate rating for each file.

You can also save time and edit multiple files at once. To do this, simply select 2 or more files, right-click them, and select “Edit Tags...” again.
