Simplify the Scheduling Process With Express Schedule

Scheduling Your Employees Made Easy.

We understand that being a business owner can often turn into a hectic and relentless career; especially when it comes to scheduling your employees. They juggle school, vacations, and even secondary jobs. You have to keep all this in mind while trying to grow your business.

With our scheduling software, however, scheduling your staff is a breeze. Keep your employees happy while focusing on the things that really matter to keep your business thriving.

After you’ve downloaded Express Schedule, begin by adding the name of your business. Express Schedule will then prompt you to begin the employee onboarding process.

Express Schedule lets you add employees based on your needs. If you have a small to medium business, you can add each employee individually; if you own a larger business however choose the “Add Multiple Staff.”

Click the “Add Staff” button when you’re done:

Once your staff is entered into the system, Express Schedule makes it simple to add shifts to each employee. To add weekly shifts, simply click on “Create Shift.” Here, you are able to view your schedule on a daily or weekly basis.

You can also add shifts by simply clicking on a specific day. This will let you rearrange, add or delete shifts quickly:

An intuitive tool that Express Schedule features is the ability to add a comment to your schedule or attach it to a specific employee. Simply click on the “Add Comment” button and the employee you want the comment to be attached to.

These comments can be short notes such as reminders to monitor an employee’s overtime or an announcement that the employee needs to leave early that day, etc.

After you’re finished with your weekly schedule, Express Schedule gives you the option to export your newly done schedule.

Choose to print, or download your schedule. You can find these under the “More Actions” feature:

Work offline and don’t miss a beat. With Express Schedule, you can schedule your staff on the go, making this complicated and tedious process that much easier.
