Blur a Face using VideoPad Video Editor

Installation
After downloading VideoPad, launch the program and follow on-screen directions for a successful installation.Upload Video File
Once you are in the software, select “New Project” and open the video file you wish to edit. Under the Effects Tab choose the censor effect
