The NCH Software Technical Support main page recently underwent some renovations. Menu items are simple, getting answers you need as speedy as fast food.
The new design is setup like a wizard. We ask you question to help you get to the right place and right answers. We hope this new streamlined system will help eliminate common confusion and make it easier for our customers to find answers to their questions.
The first thing we ask is what kind of help you need. Do you have a technical question, or are you having registering your software. You select the option that best fits what you are looking for and hit next. I you had a technical question then you can select the product you want help on from a drop-down menu choosing to look the more generic FAQs, delve into the more technical questions, or go to the user forum for a product to talk to other NCH customers.
