How to Take a Snapshot from a Video
- Drag your cursor to the position in your timeline where you want to take your snapshot
- Right-click and select the option from the dropdown menu that says "Take Snapshot of Clip"
- Choose the size and resolution of your extracted image
- Your photo will appear under the images tab in the media bin
- Drag the image into your timeline to use as a still photo in your video
